Olivita Crostini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 oz. can black olives, chopped
1/2 c. pimento stuffed green olives, chopped
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 Tbsp. unsalted butter (room temperature)
1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
3/4 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Italian flat leaf parsley, minced
1 crusty French baguette
Preparation

In medium bowl,
stir together black and green olives, Parmesan cheese, butter, olive oil and garlic until well blended. Stir in Monterey Jack cheese and parsley.
