Very Green Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 handful parsley
    1 handful fresh spinach leaves
    1/2 small zucchini, chunked
    10 to 15 fresh basil leaves
    2 cloves garlic
    1 c. buttermilk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    few pieces of avocado (optional)
Preparation
    Whip all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
    Keep refrigerated.
    Makes about 1 1/4 cups.
