Chinese Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. tender round steak
    1/4 c. salad oil
    1/4 c. diced onion
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. sliced celery
    4 green peppers, diced
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. beef bouillon
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/8-inch diagonal pieces.
    Salt and pepper; brown in oil.
    Add onion, garlic, green pepper, celery and bouillon.
    Cover and cook for 10 minutes.
    Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce; add to mixture.
    Cook until juice thickens.
    Serve with hot rice.
    Makes 4 servings.
