Hot Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    4 strips bacon
    1/4 C. vinegar
    1 can Ro-tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Fry bacon and set aside. Slice cabbage and add to bacon drippings. Add vinegar and Ro-tel tomatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover and cook down. Sprinkle bacon on top.
