Venison Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. roast
    1/2 envelope onion mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place roast on a large piece of heavy aluminum foil.
    Sprinkle soup over roast.
    Bring edges of foil together so that it is sealed tightly.
    Place in shallow baking dish and bake 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Thicken juice for gravy, if desired.
