Overnight Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. shortening
    2 pkg. dry yeast, soaked in 1 c. warm water
    17 c. flour (unsifted measurement)
Preparation
    Start about 4 p.m.
    Makes 75 to 90 hamburger buns.
