Swiss Vegetables Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag frozen broccoli, carrots, cauliflower combination, thawed and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 jar pimentos
    1 can French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine
    vegetables, soup, 1/2 of shredded cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimentos and 1/2 of French fried onions.
    Pour into
    a
    1 quart
    casserole dish.
    Bake covered 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with
    remaining cheese and fried onions.
    Put back in oven until cheese melts.
