Blueberry Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. blueberries
    1/3 c. shortening
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 1/4 c. Bisquick
    2/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix Bisquick and shortening until crumbly.
    Roll out thinner than for biscuits.
    Put frozen or fresh blueberries in an 8-inch baking dish.
    Put sugar, lemon juice and oleo (cut) and 1/2 cup of water in dish.
    Cover with crust.
    Sprinkle a tablespoon of sugar on top.
    Punch holes so steam can come out while baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
