Beef Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. chuck or stew meat
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 can tomato paste
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut meat into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Brown in large pan in oil.
    Mix tomato paste, onion soup mix and water together.
    Pour in pan with meat.
    Cover and let simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
