Opera Fudge - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 boxes powdered sugar
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream butter and cheese.
Add vanilla and sugar.
Chill overnight.
Roll into balls and put in freezer an hour before coating with chocolate.
Peanut butter may be added to taste or coconut.
Makes 3 pounds.
