Funnel Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine milk, eggs, salt and flour.
    Heat oil to 400\u00b0.
    Fill funnel with batter, holding finger over opening.
    Hold funnel over oil and allow batter to flow, making coils and swirls, frying on each side for 1 to 2 minutes or until golden brown.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Sprinkle with confectioners sugar or serve with jelly.
    Serve while hot.
