Ingredients

1 can coconut
4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. water
pinch of salt
6 Tbsp. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
a pat of butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, flour, beaten egg yolks, water, coconut, salt and butter, in that order.
Cook in an uncooked pie shell until done.
Top with beaten egg whites.
Brown top at 350\u00b0.
