Sour Cream Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium potatoes
1/2 c. finely chopped ham
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. oleo
3/4 c. sour cream
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. celery, chopped
Preparation

Cook potatoes in salt water 25 to 30 minutes.
Drain.
Slice potatoes.
In a skillet cook ham, onion, green pepper and celery in oleo until tender.
Drain off fat.
Stir in sour cream, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Heat thoroughly but do not boil. Combine sour cream mixture and potatoes.
Serve at once.
Serves 10.
