Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 slices bread, broken in pieces
1 lb. sausage, browned, drained and chopped
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
2 c. milk
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 c. grated green pepper
Preparation

Grease 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
Place bread pieces in pan. Sprinkle browned and drained sausage over bread.
Add grated cheese, then add beaten eggs to milk, onion and pepper.
Pour over mixture.
Refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes until brown on top.
Let set 15 minutes before cutting. Serves 9.
