Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 potatoes, cut in small pieces
    2 pieces celery, cut small
    1 medium onion, cut small
    water (enough to cover potatoes)
    1 can milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    instant potatoes (optional)
Preparation
    Boil onion, celery and potatoes until tender.
    Save water. (Mash potatoes if you want.)
    Add salt, butter and canned milk. Add instant potatoes to thicken.
