Squash Or Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb dressing
    2 lb. cooked squash, drained, mashed, cooled
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 raw carrot, grated
    1 stick margarine
    1 can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    1/2 pt. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt margarine and mix with dressing; divide dressing 3/4 & 1/4. Mix 3/4 of dressing with all other ingredients. Place mixture in greased casserole. Place 1/4 dressing on top. Bake uncovered 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
    2 packages of frozen chopped broccoli may be used in place of squash.
