Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna or wide noodles
    1 c. (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
    1 c. (8 oz.) dairy sour cream
    1 Tbsp. fat
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. (16 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    dash of pepper
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. onion
Preparation
    Cook noodles in boiling, salted water according to package directions.
    Drain.
    Mix cottage cheese and sour cream with noodles.
    Brown ground beef and onion in fat.
    Stir in tomato sauce, garlic salt, oregano and pepper.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
