Cattail Wheat Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cattail pollen
    1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. packed brown sugar
    3/4 c. walnuts, broken into pieces
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift together pollen, flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Add sugar, nuts and milk.
    Mix well.
    Bake in 8 x 4-inch greased pan at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
