Buttermilk Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    4 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Sift flour and all dry ingredients.
    Cut shortening into flour until coarse.
    Add liquid to make a soft dough.
    Roll on floured surface to 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut with biscuit cutter and put on greased pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
