Autumn Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, peeled and diced
3 large onions, diced
1/2 c. carrots, finely diced
1 1/2 c. condensed chicken broth
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. half and half
1/4 c. chopped parsley
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Place vegetables in water and bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients except parsley. Heat and stir for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish with parsley.
Serves 5.
