Mushroom Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 cube steaks
2 cans golden mushroom soup
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
Preparation

Beat eggs with milk.
Salt and pepper steaks and roll in eggs; dip in flour.
Get grease hot and brown steaks on both sides.
Put in large pan or Pyrex dish.
Pour soup over steaks.
Put in 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes.
Serve with mashed potatoes and vegetables.
