Beef Noodle Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    2 garlic cloves, minced or 3/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt to taste
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. medium noodles, cooked and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. (16 oz.) sour cream
    6 green onions, sliced
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    In skillet, cook beef and garlic until browned.
    Drain and stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes.
    Place noodles in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with meat mixture.
    In a small bowl, mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; stir in onions.
    Spread over meat mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0
    for 30 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with cheese and paprika.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Yields 8 to 10 servings.
