Chocolate Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sifted flour
    3 c. sugar
    1/2 lb. (1 c.) butter or margarine
    1/2 c. lard or Crisco
    1 1/4 c. milk
    5 eggs
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Half cup of flour may be substituted for cocoa for yellow cake, if desired.
