Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    46 oz. tomato juice
    1 small can tomato paste
    1 large onion
    2 Tbsp. minced garlic
    1 Tbsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. ground chuck
Preparation
    Sauce:
    Brown onion and garlic in 5 tablespoons of olive oil. Add rest of ingredients (except ground chuck) plus 1 tomato paste can of water.
    Fry the ground chuck; drain.
    Add to sauce and simmer for 2 to 3 hours.
