Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 c. orzo
    1 c. white rice
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    pine nuts (to garnish)
Preparation
    Melt butter or margarine over medium heat.
    Add orzo; cook until lightly browned, stirring constantly.
    Stir in rice.
    Add chicken broth, water, salt and pepper.
    Cover and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender and liquid absorbed.
    Sprinkle with pine nuts before serving.
