Elephant Ears - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
4 c. flour
6 to 8 Tbsp. sugar
1 pkg. yeast
1 c. warm water
Preparation

Soften and dissolve yeast in warm water.
Combine all ingredients.
Mix well.
Divide dough into 12 pieces.
Let set for 20 minutes.
Roll out on lightly floured board.
Stack with wax paper between each.
