Carrot Fritters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 c. finely grated carrots
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 level tsp. sugar
milk
Preparation

Sift flour, then add salt, baking powder and sugar.
Add carrots, using just enough milk to soften enough to drop from spoon.
Fry in deep fat, turning over a few times, until golden brown.
