Oriental Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. shredded coleslaw mix
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Oriental flavor Ramen noodles
1/2 to 3/4 c. slivered almonds
1/2 to 3/4 c. sunflower kernels
1/2 c. salad oil
1/3 c. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Up to one hour before serving, mix coleslaw, onion, almonds and sunflower kernels in a bowl.
In a jar, combine oil, vinegar, sugar, pepper and Oriental seasoning pack.
Cover.
Shake and chill.
At serving time, add the Ramen noodles (broken up) to salad mix and pour dressing over top.
Toss to coat and serve.
