Corn Dogs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2/3 c enriched corn meal
1 t salt
2 T vegetable oil
1 16 oz pkg hot dogs
1/3 c flour
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c milk
Preparation

Combine corn meal, flour and salt.
Add egg, oil and milk. Coat each dog with flour and insert onto wooden skewer.
Dip into corn meal mix and coat all sides. Fry a few at a time in deep fat 375 F until golden brown.
