Stuffed Kibbeh - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. very lean ground lamb or beef
    4 c. burghul (cracked wheat), washed and drained
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    1 lb. coarsely ground lamb or beef
    5 onions, chopped
    1 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 to 1 c. pine nuts
Preparation
    Mix the first 5 ingredients very well and grind again.
    Soften the mixture by adding 2 or 3 tablespoons ice water and kneading it well.
    Let rest in the refrigerator.
