Grandma Warner'S Amish-Style Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. mustard
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 can evaporated milk
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
    6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped (save one for garnish)
    1 small onion, minced
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    4 pieces celery, chopped
    2 carrots, shredded
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Add dressing, garnish and refrigerate.
    Best if refrigerated for 6 hours before serving.
