7-Up Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
    1 small can crushed pineapple (with juice)
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. 7-Up
    1 pkg. lime Jell-O (small box)
    8 oz. boiling water
Preparation
    Mix lime Jell-O in boiling water.
    Mix in cream cheese and beat with hand mixer.
    Add pineapple with juice, 7-Up and vanilla. Pour into a large mold.
    Allow to set until firm and serve.
