Citrus Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. sugar
20 eggs (whole)
2 lime zest and juice
2 lb. flour
2 lb. butter
2 lemon zest and juice
1 orange zest and juice
2 Tbsp. baking powder
Preparation

In a mixing bowl, cream sugar and butter well with the zest added at the end. Slowly add eggs two by two, then add in the fresh squeezed juice. Then add in flavoring. Mix in flour and baking powder until incorporated. To finish, place in baking pan and bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Makes 30 mini pound cakes.
