Salmon Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. cubed cooked red potatoes
    1 c. chopped cucumber
    1 c. chopped celery
    3/4 c. sliced green onions
    2 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dill weed
    1 tsp. dried basil
    1 can (14 3/4 oz.) salmon, drained, bones and skin removed
    1 3/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Add salmon; toss lightly. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, garlic salt and lemon-pepper seasoning; mix well. Pour over the salad and stir gently. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Yield: 8 servings.
