Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. lean pork, cut into bite size pieces
    2 1/2 c. pineapple chunks
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. green peppers, sliced
    1/4 c. onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
    Brown pork.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
    Combine sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar, soy sauce and salt.
    Stir until thick.
    Add pineapple chunks, pepper and onion.
    Cook 3 minutes more and serve.
