Orange Tarte - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 large eggs
    zest of 2 oranges
    1 cup fresh orange juice
    juice of 1 lemon
    pinch of salt
    2 Tbsp. cognac or Grand Marnier (optional)
    1 (10 inch frozen Pate Brisee Tart Shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
