Florida Orange Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. orange juice
1 c. orange sections, cut in pieces
2 Tbsp. grated orange rind
1 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. cornstarch
3 egg yolks, beaten
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1 pie crust or graham cracker crust
Preparation

Combine orange juice, orange sections, rind, sugar and cornstarch.
Cook on low heat until clear.
Add a little hot mixture to beaten egg yolks.
Return to hot mixture and cook about 5 minutes longer.
Remove from heat.
Blend in lemon juice and margarine.
Pour into baked pie shell.
Be sure filling and shells are both hot or both cold.
Cover with meringue.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until meringue is lightly browned.
