Jane'S Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. whole hog sausage
    1 1/2 c. rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 chopped bell pepper
    1 chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    garlic to taste
Preparation
    Cook sausage and drain.
    Cook rice.
    Simmer celery, bell pepper and onion in butter.
    Mix all ingredients together and heat thoroughly.
