Corn Bake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb. margarine
1 can whole kernel corn
1 can crushed corn
1 pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. sour cream
1 egg (optional)
Preparation

Melt the margarine in a large casserole, then add all the other ingredients and mix well.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Serve hot.
