Hot Fudge Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/8 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and butter in double boiler.
    Stir in sugar gradually until well blended.
    Add milk and salt.
    Cook for 5 to 6 minutes until slightly thickened.
    Serve over ice cream, pudding or cake.
    (You can substitute 9 tablespoons of cocoa and 3 tablespoons of margarine for the chocolate squares.)
