Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 deep dish pie crusts
    2 medium or large yellow squash
    2 medium or large zucchini squash
    1 or 2 onions
    2 small cans mushrooms
    4 eggs, beaten with small amount milk
    Swiss cheese
    Cheddar cheese, shredded
    sliced tomatoes
Preparation
    Bake pie crusts lightly.
    Slice all vegetables except mushrooms and steam.
    Drain and add mushrooms.
    Line crusts with Swiss cheese.
    Fill crusts with vegetables.
    Add egg mixture, divide between the 2 pies.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Cover with sliced tomatoes and add Cheddar cheese.
    Bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.
