Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. ramps
3 or 4 cloves garlic
1/2 jalapeno pepper
6 tomatoes, chopped
2 bunches green onions
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. Accent
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 large can diced tomatoes
Preparation

Chop up ramps, garlic, jalapeno pepper, tomatoes, green onions and green pepper.
Add Accent, salt and pepper to taste.
Add diced tomatoes; mix and let set with a cover on it.
The longer it sits the better it gets.
Serve with chips.
