Beef -N- Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 jar mild salsa
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
    garlic and onion to taste (optional)
Preparation
    Melt cheese in oven at 250\u00b0. Brown ground beef, onion and garlic. Drain. Add salsa to beef and let simmer 10 minutes. Add 2 cans of tomatoes to melted cheese. Add beef to cheese mixture. Let it sit in oven about 5 minutes. Serve with nacho chips.
