Sweet Sour Green Beans - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 or 4 slices bacon
1 can green beans or fresh beans
1 chopped onion
1/4 c. liquid from green beans or water
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook beans until just tender; drain and measure (1/4 cup liquid) or water.
Fry diced bacon until brown.
Add onion, sugar, vinegar, salt, pepper, beans and water; cook about 5 minutes or until hot through.
