Tarragon Vegetable Omelet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. chopped broccoli
    3/4 c. water
    2 tsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. dried tarragon, crushed
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
    1 recipe Basic Omelet
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, cook carrots, covered, in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add broccoli.
    Cover and cook about 10 minutes more or until tender.
    Remove from heat.
    Drain.
