Chunky Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 lb. lean beef, cut in small cubes
    1 (1 1/2 oz.) pkg. dry onion soup mix
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. ketchup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Brown meat in skillet with vegetable spray. Add remaining ingredients. Mix; pour into 2-quart casserole. Cover. Bake 2 hours. Serve over noodles or rice.
