Oxtail Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 oxtails
    2 qt. cold water
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    3 sticks celery, cut
    2 c. chopped cabbage or 1 c. turnips
    1/4 lb. noodles
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    2 bouillon cubes
Preparation
    Combine first 3 ingredients; bring to boil.
    Skim froth.
    Add other ingredients, simmer 2 hours and serve hot.
    Noodles are less flabby is added in the last hour.
    Makes 6 servings.
