Tiny Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. prepared warm mashed potatoes
    2 egg yolks, beaten
Preparation
    Preheat the oven to 400\u00b0. Coat a large rimmed baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. Using your hands, roll the mashed potatoes into small nuggets. Flatten each end and place on the cookie sheet. Brush the top and sides of each with the egg yolks. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve immediately. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
