Fresh Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

tomatoes, chopped
green peppers, chopped
banana pepper (optional)
1/2 c. sugar
salt to taste
onions, chopped
3 jalapeno peppers, chopped up very fine
Veroli light olive oil (1 tsp. or according to amount of vegetables used)
Preparation

Chop up equal amounts of tomatoes, onions and green peppers to make a gallon.
Add jalapeno peppers, sugar and banana pepper with the olive oil and salt.
