Icebox Fruit Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. graham crackers
1 bottle cherries, chopped up
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 can coconut
1 box light raisins
1 qt. pecans
2 small cans pineapple
2 sticks margarine
Preparation

Crush graham crackers very fine. Melt margarine. In large bowl, mix all ingredients. Line bottom of tube pan with waxed paper and grease sides of pan with margarine. Mold into tube pan and pack down. Put into refrigerator for about 2 hours before you remove from pan. Must be stored in refrigerator.
